Freelander Mods

They won't fit, been looking on eBay and saw these for the front of the roof rack
4 Light Roof bar Spot Light/Lamps/Guards L200/Hilux/4x4 on eBay (end time 15-Apr-11 23:24:00 BST)

really like the dog bed, ive got a black lab i i know she would love one of them, not that she's spoilt


nice mods, ive noticed alot of mods are done on 5 doors not on 3 doors like mine

just wondered if youve done any engine mods yet

The only things I have done to the engine is change the oil, filters, spark plugs, sump plug, recharge the air con, clean up the rear diff inspection panel as it was weeping oil and change the oil, new gaskets on the exhaust.

It amazes me how many people who hate freelanders hang around in the freelander section just waiting to make stupid comments. This is actually a serious thread tracking the progress of my car and encouraging others to share ideas and information with each other, genuine constructive criticism is welcome (look at the posts about the lights) but is your just going to make Nob head comments please do it elsewhere and leave this thread alone.

i personally like the 3 lamps but would mount them on the leading edge of the bonnet

Your welcome to them if you want them I got them for free so would be happy if they found a home rather that sat in my shed taking up room.

i quite like the safari roof bars, but i think smaller square lights would look better on it just would tie in better, im just looking at freelander bits just now for th gf's dads one think im going to enjoy doing the work on it

Yeah I think smaller lights are a definate must. Two on the roof rack and two on the nudge bar when I get round to fitting it. And black rather than chrome.
