got the floor back in temp, removed clutch pedal as now auto.

Found an error in wiring diagram v my vehicle and switched a permanent live for an ign live.

Having some issues with efi relay behaviour main feed

wiring diagram indicates permanent live ecu switched, this causes fuel pump prime at start and fuel pump post shutdown briefly.and efi relay stays on and will flatten battery

Give the efi relay ignition live ecu switched and no prime, pump on crank.

Make things more difficult some ls400 had fuel computer/later didn't and none of the wiring diagrams match my ecu

Could you not run a second feed to the fuel pump through a timer relay to give say a 2 or 3 sec burst of fuel before turning the key to the crank position?

yes I could with a 555 timer circuit, I'm not convinced that it should prime prior to cranking, the wiring indicates ign feed at relay-but diagrams says other.

I don't have fuel pump resistor in current setup as I have a 400 hp rated fuel pump, but I think it will go back in as the pump is really noisy and the ls400 used a resistance switching setup to keep noise down at idle.

I have no service brakes currently, but hand brake proves the there is drive.

I have no lights working on landy currently-but I think it is coming along
 
found a body ecu wire that needs dropping to earth.

Have ordered capacitors for engine ecu as known issue-some from America.

think the IACV is playing up and later one you can't rebuild, have given it a dose of cleaner and some more run time

started fitting cheap lights I got- stand offs pre cracked ffs- still if they work can replace at later date. couldn't get right spire clips and some hole corrosion- self tapped on for time being.

Most of electrical problems stem from crappy glass fuse box

Need master cylinder res as plastic cracked
need side repeater (s)

need to lag downpipes so they don't burn everything in sight

need to fit transmission cross member

need to tidy mass of wiring and build centre console

need to find new home for washer bottle

various other bits and bobs
 
fitted rover turbo diesel cooling fans- dogged in for now and lagged exhaust so it doesn't melt everything in sight.

ordered Lexus fuel washers - arrive next Friday FFS
planning bank holiday Monday all day to crack on and hopefully be near MOT time by week Monday

Hi mate I'll see what pics I can snap for you tomorrow. It is in there tight.

I had a couple of issues with ratty on his 110 yesterday and today partner whinging on, hope to get more done monday afternoon if mornings appointment gets finished on time.

Mines in for MOT next Tuesday (couldn't get it in any earlier:() give me a shout if you want me to pop down Monday and then weds on.:)

Once it's MoT'd I'll come down and offer a pair of unskilled hand.

Sure there is will be tidying up to do-things bit mental with jobs and also the mission with ratty's other day.

As soon as I get ticket on it it will be tidying
