BF Goodrich are just too expensive, so SOLUTIONS 3 and 6 are out.
Kumho are nice, but GT Adventuro are cheaper, so SOLUTION 2 is definitely out.
It's now a choice between these three solutions:
SOLUTION 1 - NEW WHEELS & GT ADVENTURO TYRES - £462.52
SOLUTION 4 - OLD WHEELS & GT ADVENTURO TYRES - £378.52
SOLUTION 5 - OLD WHEELS & KUMHO KL71 TYRES - £463.24
SOLUTION 1 assumes I can sell 5 Freestyle alloys, 4 of which have 245/75R16 Hankook Dynamic MT RT01 tyres on them, two with 3mm tread and two with 6mm tread for £100, so I've factored this into the total cost.
I have very little money, so SOLUTION 4 seems the obvious one, but I
hate the Freestyle alloys so £84 extra to switch to black steel modulars (assuming I sell the old alloys & tyres for £100) seems reasonable.
Opinions welcome...
Also, one question - can I use the same wheel nuts or will I need new ones if I switch from Freestyle alloys to black 16x7 steel modulars?? And will the silver/grey sheel nuts with those weird plastic caps on them look ridiculous on a set of black steels??
