First Landrover and want to go try it out but where?

Hey, iv just bought a Discovery TD5 my first Landrover and my first time on a forum! Im wanting to go try it off road, where is best just to try it out nothing to major! I live in Harrogate and wandering if anyone knows any good places close by?

Try the laning section, tong is ok, not my favourite but local, you may end up scratching and dinging it, maybe closer to you would be ellerton banks mod site at ripon, that have pay and plays, been there once was a good day,

Theses might help, they have a meeting at a pup once a month or so,
