Exhaust Route on 2.5 N/A defender 90 1986 pickup

Hi guys

as part of the rebuild on project defender have treated it to a new exhaust system

front 3 pipes fit fine,

my original tail pipe was a bodge job i beleieve


my rear section does not fit anyway or how,

where should it go, pics or a good description would be most helpful

am convinced that i have been sent the wrong bit

Re exhaust fitting what a job, hats off to anyone who does that for a living..!!

My manuals very helpfully say 'a range of configurations can be used'. Um!

got it on today< had missed a hole in the chassis ready for an exhaust bracket, it now ends behind an after market mud flap

guess i am suppose to cut a hole in it

Yep, that's exactly what I had to do on my '86 90.

Sorry No i don't and it has since has a 200tdi conversion and that exhaust fits so much better.
