Head gasket or cracked head, your symptoms are classic signs of that

Ill let you know Nick. All depends on work tomorrow. I had to actually go out on the road today so im still getting over it. If its a lazy day tomorrow ill jump in, if i actually have to do something ill probably stay home.
Just sold the mud wheels and tyres that come with the truck so it owes me even less now. Browsing ebay for replacements, got a 200tdi to look at in Ipswich this week, so fingers crossed!

Snowing in colchester, few inches, all the roads are stupidly slow moving which is bloody annoying. Just recovered 2 44 tonne artics stuck in the A12 BP station despite the traffic cops first comment of 'you will never get those moving'...

I dragged a fully laden artic up Clingo hill a couple of years back. Copper said the same thing to me.

Loved walking past the Defender this morning and getting into the Golf to go to work. Gotta wait till after work tomorrow before I can change the master cylinder and front pads.

Yeah im hoping to get out tonight so bring a few over, will have a couple for work as well so 4 of them if thats cool. I am not 100% if I am out tonight but should be, depends how bad my turbos looking as its all getting a bit smokey at the moment...
