No Wales trip for me this year. Only just got the 'Fender on the road and won't have new suspension or wheels on by then.

I've put some slightly bigger wheels on, but thats it!
Just have to see how i get on in Wales.
My suspension could with doing, but they will have to wait until next year.
Come on Chris, I'm sure the 110 would be fine.

Started doing my xmember today, er yeah, it wasn't in a great state...

it was definitley needed, quite suprised I didnt rip it off before, the NS section fell off as we was removing it!!!

Where did you find that Defender? Was it being used to drop baots into the sea or something?

I'm glad that I don't have to worry about a rotten chassis with my current one.

Weirdly enough the rest of the chassis is in good condition, its just the rear. I think its because someone bodged it at an early dat and they made it worse by adding more water traps with thier crap welding! Hopefully be done by the end of today though...

Wales all booked and paid for, trying to figure out the lanes we done last year and tie them in with some new ones. NIck , Jon if you have any thoughts on them would be nice to have routes sorted before we get there. Does anyone know where we can check for TROs, i've got some time free so i could look into it. Still cant find last years route on MM.

Me too! The OS was ok, the NS was the worse, good 12 inches of rust on it!

Gotta say top job on the member, that will out live the rest of the car I reckon!

I've found a page containing all byways for Conwy
I also found the lane where Stu did his tyre.

How about we all plan a day each?
North of where we are staying,
Then South
and then West for the last day (so we're heading in the direction of home).
