how many miles do u usuly cover on a trip like this?
Think I did around 1000 miles last time, buts that's from the Essex Suffolk coast.

Not done yet, the tow bar electrics are shot on the fender so got to rewire that first, was thinking of getting it over newbourne if they will let me to test it out...
Made the mistake of poking that little hole in the rear chassis today, this is what I ended up with:
The other side is just as bad, im surprised it didnt rip off during a recovery to be honest, its that bad, I reckon theres about 3 inches of good metal in total still holding it all on!!
Just spoke to clive, new crossmember is being built at the moment, pick that up next week and will get my welder to attach it for me so will be good for wales!!
