As I said I did not even make that offer, he asked what I was looking to pay...

I have to sell it, I cant afford to run it and I owe a large sum of money to someone for something I brought for my Astra Project.

Sounds good to me...... he could of put it a better way granted.

I might pop along for the Saturday. It's my sons 16th birthday on the 10th so won't be able to stay over as will probably be out with the family Saturday evening.

Assuming my engine change goes smoothly and I don't have an issues with the MOT then I'm planning on dragging the Landlords caravan up Saturday morning.

Finally got round to fitting the CB this morning. All done and dusted

Need to sort a better mount out eventually as it is attached to a roof bar at the moment with a separate earth connection..... but it's working - that's the main thing. I don't want to drill a hole in the roof! I might bend a bit of steel to go behind the spare wheel?

Also, I should be at the 4x4 Show all days. I'm doing rides I believe for SLROC.

It appears that i'm the latest victim of wheel bearing failure. I reckon it was the solid ground at Newbourne last weekend

(got to blame someone, coz it obviously wasn't my fault

)

Got 6 kits on order, cheap-o ones £10 a set because they'll just get trashed again.

That's the money gone that I was going to spend getting some vinyl stickers done

If its who I am thinking of, he turned down an offer on a Disco when i first started looking. 2 months later he still had it and it was advertised for what I had offered.
