Can someone tell me how I might be able to get the EKA for my DSE (again) please?

My wallet got swiped and it was inside )o;

Go to main stealer with log book and id they should then be able to print it of for you.

I got mine over the phone, just gave them the reg number and they gave me the EKA and the radio code, no questions asked!
