Do the US versions not use 1515 Mozz? But it shouldn't work here if the immobiliser is active should it.

cheers wammy yes i think 1515 is rite my dementia kickin in ????????????? it does work though in uk as ive had to resync quite a lot on emergency cde cheers mate il let u knoww the result shortly as ive got a lad in liverpool stuck in crosby so if anyones got a syncmate let me know beer tokens and biccies ,,cheers mozz

YES I WILL , i see your in i.o.m. nice i go there quite a lot ...is that you on the main rd on the left travelling from douglas to laxey with 2 r/r ?????.i go to laxey 6 times a year love it .i have family in port erin and douglas too ..cheers MOZZ

I go there every year as I do have bikes. Hey I am up at half size everyday to go to work I don't have a lazy days ever.

.i know the e.k.a. code ,!!!!!!!! what i asked for was the emergency code ,,all rangies have their own unique 4 digit e.k.a, code , but sometimes they dont know it !!! so as i have now successfully re-syncd 62 cars for lads who are stuck over the last 3 yrs ,and i do it for free cos thats the type of guy i am
,thats because i use sometimes THE EMERGENCY CODE which is like a skeketon code if you like and it works on all p38s, to get them outta the **** ,then hopefully this answers your question ,, kind regards MOZZ:crazy_driver:dave4x4

hi dave ,no what i mean is the normal e.k.a. code wich every car has a unique 4 digit pin code can be over-ridden by the master code 1515 that is the number i forgot ,its supposed to be a secret that only land-rover knows so that when anyone loses the sync and engine disabledc comes up on the dash and you dont know your code no and take the car to a main dealer then they rip you off to the tune of £150.00 + then thats the code they use ,, easy aint it ???????? cheers mate :crazy_driver:MOZZ

Rangies don't have an emergency emergency code that I am aware off in the 15 years I have had them!!
The whole point of the EKA code is so no one can nick it, if there is an emergency emergency code, that would make every P38 vunerable and seems silly....
America is different as I have heard of a 1515 code, but I have never heard of it actually working!

WELL THEN sainty i know and so do many others that it does work and bring your car up to me and ill prove it ,,, ive used the code many many times mate especially when someone loses their sync at the weekend and dont know their code and landrover are shut till monday ,,,,, and teir stuck in the middle of nowhere or on a tesco carpark ,,regards MOZZ:crazy_driver:
