eka code ???

WELL THEN sainty i know and so do many others that it does work and bring your car up to me and ill prove it ,,, ive used the code many many times mate especially when someone loses their sync at the weekend and dont know their code and landrover are shut till monday ,,,,, and teir stuck in the middle of nowhere or on a tesco carpark ,,regards MOZZ:crazy_driver:

I know about the EKA code being set to 1515 for certain export markets - mainly the US.

You are saying that there is a L/R master code of 1515 for emergency key access to all p38's? First I have heard of it in 10 years ownership. It means all p38's can get nicked - assuming anyone wants one.

I still think that the EKA is determined by the VIN. If you slapped three known VINs and EKAs into your super-powered work computer, I reckon you could crack the algorithm in an hour or so.

No, I don't know how you would do this. Probably something like VAT numbers "To check a VAT registration number, list the first seven digits and multiply the first by 8, the second by 7 etc, until the seventh by 2. Deduct 97 from the sum repeatedly until the result is negative, which should equal the final 2 check digits."

yes i got a job there but my cat who had no tail couldnt find bletchley cos i use to follow him so i never ever got there ????
