That is defo fubar and a clear cause of an issue, we will wait the out come with new fuses:D
Thanks Brian, new 10A fuse fitted, engine started with no 35mph warning, EAS cycles up and down as it should! While I was out I picked up Soldering iron (couldn’t find mine!) solder, shrink sleeve and heat gun. A job for when it a tad warmer!
Many thanks gents for all the tech direction. Till next time!

Lesson learned: always check fuses and relays first!

Yep agreed but still would have had to clean connectors in footwell side panel I recon. Rx values were only seen after I did that. Though after I replaced the fuse the fault cleared so no need to have got the unlock cable and software on this occasion. Still it passed a few hours and I learnt a bit. Once again, thanks gents.

When you attack the footwell connectors, check for corrosion on the copper wires as well. On mine the corrosion had worked its way up the cable, and made them impossible to solder. Strip the wires & immerse into a cup of Bicarb & white vinegar for 20mins. Then washing thoroughly with contact cleaner makes the wires shiny again & ready to solder.

Definitely.

Bicarb and vinegar at same time??? or consecutively?

Vinegar and table salt (the salt enhances the acidity) to start with and then bicarb afterwards to neutralise the acid.
