Nice idea, I'd like a HD front bumper on my disco 2 at some point, but the washer bottles visible with most of them
Hi, the front tube is welded to the front hoop and the front chassis, will get pictures for you tomorrow pal.Loving the build. Have you got pictures on how the tubular front attaches?
Put the plates off my other disco to get it home as keep it at the unit few miles down the road hahaCan I ask why a discovery 1 (early one at that as it was a 3 door) has an 02 reg number plate on it? Unless I'm reading it wrong? DVLA says it's a discovery from that plate but can't understand why it's a 2002.
Next is finish the cab, and start on the exauhst system. Plan to put a silencer in each wing other the wheels. Unlike other trucks Iv had in past I want this one to be quiet hahaNice to see the rear stays go to the chassis & are plated.
Looks well built and well thought out.
What next? Winches ??
Haha that's why Iv kept doors and windows even tho Iv tempted to go challenge doors on it. I will be entering challenges but only lower class as only want a bit of fun with it so don't want to smash the the poor girl up just yet hahaQuiet.?? ... used to wear peltor headphones & use a rally coms box to chat to my passenger. More to do with tyre noise, wind(no door glass) no rear bulkhead no roof. Just caged up bobtail range. the good old days
Are you looking at doing challenge/punch hunts once completed?
