I have just bought the self levelling sensor for the back of my disco 2 but on reading the manual it seems i will need to re configure it using a test book is this correct as i dont have one so it might not be a diy job after all. thanks for looking

No idea but it might be an idea to state where you are so if it does and someones near they may be able to help
 
Easy without testbook. Simply disconnect the battery and wait maybe 20 minutes then change the sensor and reconnect the battery.

The connector is a bit tricky to open and close, a bit easier if you unscrew the sensor first and then open the connector.

Is a 10 minute job.

Agreed,so long as battery is off it'll go back to its last settings.
 
had a fiddle and it dropped onto the floor and no amount of pressing buttons worked so had to bite the bullet however never disconnected the battery but luckily for me it reset itself it would seem it has been riding slightly lower or maybe i just been staring at it for to long thanks for your input guys

Erm, how can it be a 10 minute job if you have to wait 20 minutes? :confused: :p :D
