Gonna fit Pan over weekend. Just need some thread lock then I've got everything ready, couple of quick questions first so I get it right. Anyone know the correct Torque for bolts ? and I've got the Gasket but should I use sealant too??
Ans is there anything else I've forgotten ??
Thanks
stick the gasket to the cover with hylomar or silicone etc and let it dry, then fit the cover and nip the bolts up evenly then a final nip they dont want to be too tight and you dont want threadlock

Thanks James , will give it a go tomorrow night, they weren't very tight when I took them off so will just give them nip like you say.
How long should I give it before filling up with new oil ?

it will just squish and split the cork gasket if you over do the bolts, you can fill it straight away

Well got it done tonight followed James's advice to the letter and seemed to work perfect. Mind you I was seconds away from filling it back up without the plug in the bottom, Just thought Id better check its in there as I was about to pour oil down the funnel.
I used the bolts to stop the gasket sliding all over the place while sticking it to the pan, worked a treat.
