The TPS has nothing to do with that... the loom doesnt affect what the ECU is expecting no worries, if there is any trouble it's not caused by the loom 15P loom

I just ordered some bits from Rogers at Bedford and mentioned it to them he said pretty much the same thing!

I wouldn't have told you something i dont exactly know believe me... i addapted a 10P loom to a friend's 15P engine cos it's much cheaper and all i had to do was to fit a 4 pin AAP/T sensor plug and wire the AAT input untill the ECU cos that's the difference...and the EGR circuit but that was not needed being bypassed...in your case it's the other way around but the principle is the same

So the new turbo is fitted and still getting the same readings!!!!

Manifold pressure maxing out at 172kpa. I did find that the gearbox switch is in reverse however in both high and low the readings are the same. I can get 172kpa at 2500 revs or 4780 revs it makes no difference. At a total loss now....

Those revs were while driving i suppose... cos if you want to measure sationary that 172 is not low, can't you addapt the gauge to the manifold to see real pressure there?

I’ve got one gauge in the dash from the inlet and another on the wastegate pipe both read about 1.5 bar then drop to just over 1 bar. They both read roughly the same

is it that high or is pressure misread

If the MAP reading(excluding the AAP from it) doesnt match with what the gauge shows at the inlet then the problem is with the MAP sensor, it's circuit or the ECU, that's certain

Ok so I’ve just noticed idbeen misreading the boost gauges I ordered bar gauges but they’re actually in psi, so th gauges are reading about 15psi.....
