Good news - I might/should be able to make both days. Bad news - looks like I have my daughter as nagivator. And I will prob'ly be driving back to Settle Saturday night as long as nothing gets broken.

Counting the days for this trip now, even so just got back from Wales

The potential swimming location is at SD 921875 - The "beach" is stony, so may be difficult for sand castles

Price of fuel
Disco is getting a bit long in the tooth
Hostile ramblers (and the arrogant farmer on stile end the other week)
Stress of navigating, keeping a group together, making sure everyone's ok and coping with the lanes
Leading convoys down single track roads, worrying about meeting stuff coming the other way
Occasionally getting stuff wrong and having to reverse a convoy out of a dead end
All kind of caught up with me a bit today and I've had a bit of a "WTF moment"
I've committed to the dales trip, will still go ahead with that, but might have a bit of a break after that.
