After having to sit in traffic the other day with the heating on Full as I could see the Temp. Gauge moving, I pulled over to find a small hairline crack in the Rad.(see attachment).
After a top up of water (About 2L) the temperature was fine all the way home, was only about 1.5 miles from the house.
I was looking at this Radiator " Radiator P38 2.5TD (Manual & Auto) PCC108460 PCC108470 Island 4x4 - Specialists in Land Rover and Range Rover Parts and accessories for all models. UK and worldwide mail order. "
Which states it fits both Auto & Manual p38's.
But the difference between this radiator and the one I currently have are the two pipe connectors on the bottom.
Does anyone know if I would be able to cap these off? or leave them un-connected without any problems arrising?
My P38 is a 2.5 Auto 1997.
Thanks!
