If you mean the volts given by Bank A and B, I haven't tried to measure those volts in any way. I think that these wild volts should be interpreted as a destroyed part inside some bigger microcircuit, and then you get an incorrect reading.
I am even more convinced, the ECM declares itself thus destroyed. When there was no warning light or sign of this fault except for a slightly vibrating idle, it just occurred to me how many others have the same symptoms. The car also passed the emissions test during the inspection. with the same Ox sensors.
Nothing you say makes me think the ECM is at fault, those voltage readings are nonsense, they are not possible. They are most likely down to the meter you are using.

Yes, if only I could understand this with Google Translate. So the readings come from the OBD tester Icarsoft LR V2.0. So I haven't gotten them anywhere else. I used a Fluke 365 to measure the resistance of the sensor wires, for which I performed 8 different measurements, whereby each pin of the Ox sensor was measured. I just borrowed a Nanocom, which I will use to perform the obd testing tomorrow, if it doesn't rain. Let's see what it says.
 
Hi again! Now I have tested with Nanocom, and got the values:
Fault code P0605 Internal control module read only me (ROM) error.
Loop status Cl. Use 02.
Pre cat o2 sensor (V) 0.05 to 5.85. Fuel trim long term (%) -160.00.
Fuel trim short term. - 12.65 - 16.25.
Fuel Temp - 255.00.
Fuel level (V) 1.38.
O2 configuration 11.
Pre cat sensor heater 1.09. These, with the smallest differences, taken twice. Current old o2 sensors connected.
Other things to note: The current ECM vin numbers are not the same as the car. I tried replacing the ECM but ran fine, wouldn't start.
 
It's better to do a recording of the O2 sensor data. Select the "disc" icon on the bottom right of the screen & enter a filename (less than 8 characters). It will start recording until you tell it to stop, and thne save a CSV file to the SD-Card. Upload that file here.

For the other ECU, did you do the GEMS "Learn Security Code" in the utility menu ? If not then that is why it did not start.
 
Can I ask again, I haven't done this before.
So: Take off the battery shoes. Remove the ECM. Install a replacement ECM. Ability battery terminals. Plug in the Nanocom, and let's turn on the ignition switch. Do not start. Let's select learning mode from Nanocom's menu and accept it. Turn off the ignition. Let's try to start. Is that how it goes? No need to write anything?
 
That's how I understand it from the Nanocom GEMS guide.

Before you do it, check in the BECM menus. Go to Settings / Alarm / Scroll to last screen. There you will see the stored code, which must be greater than zero, and less than 65535.

I suggest you also reset the adaptive values, because yours above are a long way out.

I feel very stupid, does that code I'm looking for in BeCm mode have to be written somewhere, or will the new ECM pick it up from there?
 
No the BECM sends the code when switched on - - - but only if it gets a valid immobilisation signal from the FOB. This should happen when the fob is pressed, or inserted into the ignition.

1) Switch on but do not start.
2) Put GEMS into Security Learn Mode
3) Turn ignition off and on again.

Alarm Enabled, Immobilizer enabled. Learn mode has been activated.

Short term fuel trim is quite high along with the fuel temps😳
 
I have tried three times to teach the new ECM as instructed. Failed, Failed to Start.
When I put the old ECM in place, and do nothing else, the car starts fine. When I look at its information, the field for the vin number is empty, there is no other initial information either...

Sounds like things have been modified.
 
That's what I think too, there are stickers on that ECM, if you open it, the warranty ends. Well, it's over anyway (10 years). Tell me if that code p0605 is dangerous, (Nanocom told a couple of answers above).
 
I have looked at the wiring diagrams. My eyes caught the ECM connector, (C507, red 36 pin) pin 26, black wire, BeCM, Engine Immobilization input. The color black would indicate grounding. Could it be as simple as that, does the BeCM connect or disconnect this line to block the start???

Black does not necessarily mean grounding, a security code has to be transmitted for the engine to start.
 
C507 - Pin 26 is one of the communication lines to the BECM. Definitely not a ground.

Try it this way with the replacement ECU & extra steps:

1) Switch on but do not start.
2) Put GEMS into Security Learn Mode
3) Turn ignition off and on again, but do not start the car.
4) Wait 30 seconds, and then read the GEMS Inputs / Engine Other / 2nd page.
5) Check Security Learn & Security Mobilized values.
6) if it's not mobilized, it will not start. Do the procedure again.
7) if it is mobilised, turn ignition off for 30 seconds.
8) turn ignition on & try to start

Note: I have never tried this, so guessing a bit based on the documents.

Thanks Again, I took a screenshot of the instruction and printed it out. Go check it out. I think it had a "tuneup" and a four-digit number, as well as other readings. I can pick them up from both.
