Camera reverse parking in reverse mirror

Reverse parking from rear veiw parking camera in rear view mirror.

hi every one,

i have a Defender 130, live in Dubai. and will have a Trojan back on my 130 so i shall be unable to see out the back and she is a beast to park.

QUESTION

1. can i use any brand of rear veiw parking camera even if they say it is for mitsubishes, BMW'S etc
2. Water proof do you recommend it
3. i have a TROJAN back, where would you recommend putting the best location to place the camera for max visability
4. i was thinking of using one that is built in to the rear veiw mirror as i shall not need it any one ( would you recommend this)

Thanks for you help on these silly questions
some say they come with night vision PLEASE EXPLAIN

I Shall also be looking all this up on line in the mean time

if it is rear view mounted on mirror-make sure it is universal fitting.
Powered by ignition feed and activated by reverse light feed.

Be aware ones on ebay are not great
