I can't recommend any lanes for your area, but the best bet is to look out for clubs/groups in your area (loads on Facebook). Alternatively, GLASS is worth the member ship fee to get access to TrailWise 2. Probably the best database of green lanes around, with other members commenting and leaving feedback etc, whether it be relating to a TRO, conditions, or even agro land owners.
One of the best bits of advice to take note of, never go out alone!! Always have at least one other vehicle with you, as you never know if and when you may need help, whether it be a case of getting stuck or breaking down and needing a tow.

Yeah I am finding that, I think I need to head to Thetford area to get some decent lanes.
I am in Cottenham.

Generally you’ll notice more as you go east and towards Thetford area. A lot of them will be TRO and close in the next few weeks. Bear in mind after a lot of rain they may be too difficult or you could cause a lot of damage with being in a flat and low county.
