and..Si i don't think you as a mod can do the section idea(i say don't think as havent seen the cp)..
to creat a section you would need to go into admin cp then select manage forum's select add forum use the drop tree to select where in the current layout you want it..then add it give it a name selct closed forum and make buster a mod of that section so he has editorial right's wether open or closed to the rest of the member's not including staff.
