L322 Blinking orange radio power light - no radio or CD player

Hello. I have a 2008 L322 Vogue RR and have developed a radio fault - blinking orange radio power light. The LR logo remains displayed on the screen and hence no radio, rear view cameras, CD player, navigation etc. Only when I central lock the RR does the LR logo go out after about a minute. It comes on when I unlock the central locking before I even insert the key. Any help to solve this fault would be greatly appreciated

One of the modules on the MOST (fibre optic network) has failed or lost power. most likely the Nokia bluetooth module at the top of the stack in the N/S of the boot. Sometimes it's just the module has an internal electrical defect, sometimes it's water ingress. You can bypass using a MOST bridging link.

Hello. Thank you Graculus. When it comes to electrics and electronic issues you can count me out. I battled two years with a Mercedes CL500 and it's electronics and lost. Is it something an auto electrician could fix relatively easily? Is there any way I can disable the display unit until I get it fixed?

The bridging link will do what you want, alternatively, pull the fuse for the display.
