You can see one at least of those bushes is worn and needs replacing. If it were mine I would replace all 4 bushes as well as the centre bearing.

Il happily do both, if there a "best" method for replacing them as I heard you need support the body of the car?

Not sure I would use blocks of wood to hold it up, I might use axle stands as a preference.
