Am not sure that the tax has run out though, as far as I know the test is still within date.

Someone at college said that there's a bit in the law saying that if you buy a vehicle with no MOT you can drive it home legally.

But he's from kernow so I'm not sure how far I trust that :p

KK, i knew that, but he said something about driving it home too because it's newly brought, but I thought it was bull.

Just spoke to the chap, he says it turns over fine just doesn't fire. Back fired a couple of times when it ran but now won't start. And the tax disk has expired too.

What do you think the chances are of getting it ready for a MOT in a morning and it passing?

Getting it ready's one thing, how the buggery bollox could we assess it's chances of passing wivout knowing the motor FFS? :rolleyes:
 
fook sakes man, can yer not just call transport company (millions o them in glasgow) they'll pick up yer landy and move it for you while ur still posting on here!! no hassles, untill they hand you the invoice!! :D
 
fair point grippa lol. Just a bit iffy about being stranded in jockland wi'a broken landy :D

wonder how much that would cost doobs, I'll have a look though
