Awaiting kit to arrive from Aus, spent about 4 hours so far cleaning up the 2nd hand unit. Reservoir tank took the longest :

- washing powder and hot water
- jeyes fluid, reverse fill and left overnight to soak
- washed out with washing up liquid and hot water
- 5 hour soak with 6 steradent tabs

... still as yellow as my grannies teeth but hey ho, its very clean! :)

I will update when I get the kit and do the mod

Finally got around to completing this, probably took about a day in the end but Im sure if you got struck in then 4-5 hours should be quite sufficient as there is not a huge amount to do. One point that is covered in the instructions but is worth repeating you must make sure the center piston moves smoothly in the bore. I had to remove the piston assembly again as I couldnt get any fluid at either of the rear calipers, supplier was very helpful on this. One other point, I got hit got "import" tax for some reason.
