Air Con Questions

I have just replaced my air con condenser as i was leaking had the system vac'd out and a dye put through it to check for leaks all ok then had the system re charged
it blows out cool air when air con is on but not that freezing compared to other cars i've owned but can tell the difference between the normal air blowing through it
but the questions are

1/ does the range rover air con system blow out freezing air
2/when does the fans at the front come on is it as soon as the air con is switched on or only in the auto mode (yes the fans work as i've tested by putting a paperclip in the plug)
3/does any of the climate sensors stop it blowing very cold air out if they aren't working

Can only answer question No. 1. YES - tends to blow VERY cold air.

i just changed my in car air temp sensor and it as sorted out my problem, but i did have the book;et logo on my hevac display,
