While spraying the transfer box, I found there is a very slow weep of fluid from the front of the ACE valve block.

How do I repair please?

Also the rear pipes are starting to rust, covered in grease for now.

Most likely the seal/collar from where one of the ( 4 pipes insert into from of block, 2 exit the rear IIRC?) has passed it and needs replacing.
I think you have to remove all the pipes from the front of the block to get at any of the seals because of the way they are fitted. Good luck....!

Rear pipes rear pipes rusted too? Time to bin it for conventional roll bars IMO......

It will be repair, don't like the roll otherwise.

pipes leak where the swage collets grip on is ,steel is very thin there ,could be seal though

So likely to be pipe rather than seal?

4 seals are getting on for £80, will be visiting a hydraulic specialist on Monday to ask them about parts.

i cant say for yours but generally its what i find , ive got one at the moment were only one of the 6 pipes will remove from the block,so it needs 6 new pipes an a good used block

Well I will be buying a spare block and converting to standard hydraulic connectors. A couple of metres of pipe and six joiners.

Hope to do next year as the leak is a weep, not a drip.

Mine started as a weep, then it poured out. Then I bit the bullit and had it removed, the ACE that is.:)

That is why I am getting prepared, I would rather mess about with some hydraulics than replace two roll bars.

Also my Hawkeye has bleed on its menu!

Hi MJI
Can you let us all know how you get on? It might be something to post on the repair part of this zone.......
Good luck mate

6 BSP to 10mm pipe thingies bought, now to get another valve block to modify
, there is complete tutorial on d2boys club but you must be registered, a flavour by courtesy of a member from there:

then you need some flexible high pressure hydraulic pipe and other compression fittings to connect to the actuator ends with the banjos or you can fit the banjos directly to the pipe with other fittings, if you DIY you can escape below 100 quid for everything

well done... i'm looking forward to see the job done with less than half the price of a conversion and hydraulic pipes which are not affected by rust ;):)

Just a little Q
What can i put on the pipes to keep them good as they seem to be ok one mine......Sorry but they are and i would like to try and look after them.......
Thanks...
