Hello, I am very interested in this repair, I am just about to move from a trusty but rusty 300tdi to a 04 td5(if it meets sellers description) and am getting prepared for the near inevitable problems, thanks for your hard work and sharing,
maybe it won't rust or even have an oil leak.
 
Hi guys, I was forced to undertake similiar rebuild of the ace valve block. I used some of your ideas here, so thank you all. Here are som pictures
