Hi, I just added to my Land Rovers with a Disco 2 2003. Only had it a couple of days and it popped up the ACE red warning light. I have a NANOCOM and have the following faults:

18-04 hydraulic or mechanical fault in pressure control system
42-07 hydraulic pressure too low.

These are the readings with a NANOCOM (looking at threads some questions raised on ACE fault code accuracy)
engine off. engine on
Battery V 12.28 14.28
DCV1 0.02 0.02
DCV2 0.01 0.01
PCV .05 0.17
Pressure sensor bar 10.66 15.67
residual 20.00 4.82
ULA -00.03, 0.04
LLA 0.12 0.14

There does not seem to be a leak and fluid is at the max. Guess this might be the pump but any advice would be great as it is intermittent and don't have a good vehicle to compare to.

Hi, if there is serious fluid activity in the reservoir at idle it might be the pressure transducer.... if the fluid doesnt circulate hard then the pump is gone or the PO lost fluid then after fixing it he didnt prime well the pump

Thank you I will check fluid level again and activity at idle. I assume if both good I need to replace the pressure transponder and see! I do appreciate the advice.
