40k 300tdi w/ Galv chassis - how much is it worth?

Hi,

I've got a J reg Defender 90 with a 300TDi engine which has covered 40k and just had the Cambelt done. And just had a new bulkhead and galvanised chassis put on. It's got rear windows and forward facing seats, but no side panel trim etc.

How much do you think it's worth, cause I'm considering changing to a small car again, depending on how much I can get for this one.

So, how much is it worth guys?!
