I had to buy it which was £460
which makes £2000 then I had the joys of stuff like the ****e heads that wasted £300 and a lot of time and vat, shipping,import duty, it makes it around £2500.

firstly didnt you just pain your 4.6 not re-build it.
dont know feck all about efi but would hotwire run an s/c engine? I wouldnt even fit hotwire tbh as want no efi on the car
all those bits are the poo made in mexico ones and are not going in my motor mate, you can buy cheaper bits but I wont as I want it to last. Plus like I said nothings ever straight forward and you multiple engines,engine re-builds and paint jobs and gerboxes show that and as we all know thats where most of the money goes- feckups! lol

£3240 plus delivery and I would need to buy a core exchange unit.
plus I wanted to re-build a v8, that was really the point, I wanted to do it myself- there is nothing wrong with the 3.5 in the car- I just wanted to.
