ive had to swap a bush before as i damaged it fitting the box but you know when youve likely done soCheer, James.

that is true they can make the engine sound much mores knocky a std valeo clutch kit and hd release arm will more than sufficehD clutches tend to be nosier than standard from what I hear.....
Defo fit the HD release arm thats a given, as for the rest @jamesmartin could advise better.

rear main oil seal its bought as seen in the pic, luf100430 is the number though probably supercedesWhat's this bit called?
It's got a gasket behind it. Easy enough.
Does the rubber seal in the centre just push out to be replaced?
