OK, when I calibrate using the GAP IID , .

I follow the procedure, of setting the height to std.

Then it tells you to measure a given wheel ctr to wheel arch using a tape measure, and adjust on the GAP IID screen to adjust up or down until the measurement on the tape measure is the correct distance, then you save that and move to the next wheel etc etc.

So you have to physically measure the distance to calibrate correctly,

Are you just pressing a calibrate button on the diagnostics and expectigin it to hit the correct height by itself?

Cheers
We have also tried adjusting the numbers using actual measurements and the manufacturer suggested measurements and the height is still wrong.

We are measuring it from the hub to the top of the wheel well and inputting the numbers but the front is still sitting a lot higher all the time.

I would suggest trying a different diagnostics that others know work correctly.
Unless you are doing something funky, If you provide a step by step with the figures you are inputting into the diagnostics and the figures after it resets itself and goes high.

Cheers

Yes we are planning to do that we are waiting for the mechanic to arrive from another place because he has done lots of air spring replacement without any problems.

Thanks.

hi

don’t know how ur suspension compares to my discovery 3 , but just a thought , have u checked the correct voltage going to ur height sensors just in case u removed a connector , moved a loom / loose wire , etc , maybe causing an issue of why u can’t calibrate it because the correct signal isn’t being sent back to the ecu

on my gap iid I can see via the live data of what the height sensors are doing , voltages , etc alas don’t know what ur software is able to do but would have thought it would show live data , that way u can at least ensure 100% there working correctly

know the guys here are extremely knowledgeable and was just a thought

hope that helps a little and u get it resolved without too much hassle
