2005 range rover td6 se auto

ive just picked up a lovely 2 owner low mileage 2005 td6 se . ive got a strange prob if you drive it nice and steady she will pick her heels up and get to speed fine no issues . however i put my foot down and it labours and holds back until i come off the go pedal let it calm down and it will pull again . no dash lights no warnings or eml . any idea guys is this a thing ??

Fuel filter might be a good place to start? Know little about the L322 but have had similar on another car.

Out other car didn’t show any faults on a generic reader, with a Ford specific one it did show low due pressure. Was a bit slow to start when cold but otherwise driven normally you wouldn’t notice.

First thing is to call the seller and ask about the issue.
