Came as a package. It's either poor connections of its busted. I tried heating it with a blow torch bit still no reading .Did you at least buy the right sort of thermocouple for the gauge?

Supplier suggests a volt meter at the gauge end of the thermo to see what it's reading. Trouble is I don't have a volt meter. I do now have a brand new tap and die set though!!!contact the supplier?
I got one from Screwfix for 30 quid. Good reviews mostly saying go very slowly and use oil and it works well! You'll need a bigger garage soon Coffeelandy with all these new tools you keep buying . I brought one of those cheap made in China ones was useless so brought a stack one and that's been spot on , everything you need is in the box .
Sorted it. The fecking instructions told me to wire it up the wrong way around! Really helpful supplier though I must say, very attentive with advice. Anyway now I can put the boost ring in and report the findings.contact the supplier?
