1997 disco es rear brakes not working?

any ideas appreciated? recently had [6 months ago] new rear discs ,calipers and pads. then the front brake pads replaced [last week]. the brakes on front began over heating and on closer inspection the rear brakes not working at all. i did the usuall checks but no luck. today tried to bleed rear brakes but loads of pedal pressure but no fluid at all ???? HELP? just started new business and need the bloody thing cash flow tight.

narrowing it down to a possible faulty rear brake pressure balancer valve.vacuum pump seems fine?
 
i hada similar problem to thisa few months ago in the end i replaced the seals and dust covers on thecalipers ,needless to say dont buy the britpart refurb kit it dont fit!
