Eye has bortid me water butts a rain harvesting fing which goes in me castle drain pipe to filter snd divert water to me wster butts. Yer turn a fing to harvest or not. Can't gerrum int chops so had to order online. Bin meaning to set this up fer yesrs but we only had about 25mm of rain during March and April. When it does rain again eye wants to collect as much oft me castle roof as eye can. Currently only get rain from half me garage.
You'll find they do fill up quite quickly and when full it automatically rediverts it back down the drain pipe. your water company might give you money off if you use one. Ours gave us this do-dad together with a water buttt, cover, and stand for a few pennies I seem to remember. The weak point on ours was the tap.
Best of luck wiv it!

Bic is cellerbratng 70 years ovvits pen.
Oh yes, the one's Mr Biro got diddled out of the patent fees for, poor sausage.
So I won't celebrate with Bic.

Funny how we call them Biros and the frogs call 'em Bics. (Or "stylo a bille" if they is feeling posh. )
They were massively expensive when they first came out, of course my dad bought one, (This was long before I was born) and a cousin whom I have never met, dropped it down a hole in the ground, he was only little. My pop was furious.

Funny this, all my family say I am amazingly like him, yet we have never met. Prolly dead now. Went off to live in Serth Efrica.

Mornin
Dullish and dry
Need to water plants but someone nicked my watering can ffs
Hoping bathroom fitter comes back today to finish
Tidying shed, what does one do with old Haynes manuals and how many have you got ?? :D
Stay sane all :)
Soz about the WC.
I have loads of Haynes manuals and love the older ones that were actually good with exploded diagrmas and advice as to how to do jobs they don't tell you how to do now. Like stripping down a differential of a gearbox. I have got rid of a few but still have a boxful in the loft as well as the ones on my shelf for ready reference.
If you look through them you may spot the error they made years ago to do with the connection of the LT wire to the distributor. they got where to put the insulator or summat wrong. In the wrong country to check now. The connection to the contacts. I saw it once then checked in the others, it was even in a manual that Johhny Haynes wrote before Haynes really kicked off, my bro had that one.
Since they have gone digital they are becoming collectors items. And worth more money.
I'll have to use my fingers and toes to work out how many I must have, from here!🤣🤣🤣

So the answer to the question is, keep 'em, or sell 'em. But indoors not where they might get damp! ;);)

Curiouser and curiouser....
We cannot get through to the hospital ward (technical difficulties are cited).
As far as we know the old gal still has not been seen to and is lying there without any contact with/from her family.
Abandoned? Seems that way. I do hope that they are monitoring the rampant infection in her leg wound because if she develops systemic sepsis they are going to get it from me (both barrels). I am very unimpressed with the local NHS trust. :(
