Yeah, I saw that, I was meaning a cat flap, which is a hard top that has a lift up flap on the top side and either a normal fold down tailgate or a side opening tailgate as done above. I made a solid filler for mine as I could not find a good condition tailgate.

The paint job and colour are superb, more RR than LR

Air-con grill frame, horn and headlight bowls fitted, fiddly bits take so much time .

Couple of pictures of the Engine bay, Used a 300tdi strap on the Air cleaner as 200tdi holder is incredibly expensive and I had little room using td cowl. Coolant header has to be spaced due to Puma Bonnet internal shape.
Hope the pictures are interesting.

Good tip about spacing the coolant tank. Will have to do that if I ever get my bonnet and wings back from the painter.

Do us a favour Foxy, and do a blow by blow explanation of the respray. From primer type, paint type and lacquer. Could you also tell us the mix proportions and air pressures. I think we would all like to get a finish somewhere near yours.
