A bit more on track now, thanks ;) I assumed the stronger box was used in the early l322, but it seems to be that it was just the 4.6 Discos instead in the 02-04 years. So is the 4.6 auto box a tried and tested upgrade for the diesel box? There seems to be plenty used ones for sale on ebay...
