    just did mine and spent a long weekend and around £50 for the boot floor i repaired the main xmembers and fabbed up the plate ones, get yourself along to screwfix and get there spot removel drill bit for around £8 lasted the entire job and could do it again...

    A good weekends work me thinks, airlock sorted (was nothing of the sort was a blocked heater matrix) and cut a temp blanking plate for the egr out off 3mm plate f**k me what a difference, starting to like this now

    As above Had the same problem as yours today almost to the letter when i replaced my radiator, did a search and was sure it was an airlock WRONG!!, run the engine and feel the pipes running into the bulkhead from the head, on mine one was red hot and the other lukewarm ,so i disconnected them...

    any ideas relating to the judder?? happens when i come to a standstill from around 5/10 miles an hour, not the brakes as it also happens going uphill to a stop using no brakes, dipping the clutch very early seems to help but not eliminate , so i thought maybe prop related
