I have a new issue with the truck. It has an LT77 gearbox and last weekend it was fine. This weekend I drove the car and initially no problem to get into first, accelerate and get 2nd, but then I couldn't get 3rd (grinding noise). I stopped and then couldn't get 1st gear again (or any other)...

Can anyone recommend a garage to get my 200tdi 90 MOT'd but also probably some fettling of them brakes. Ideally Fareham area.

The lower shock mount on the rear axle sheared this morning (90 with rear discs). My local garage can't do it as they don't weld enough to be confident on suspension fittings. Does anyone know a garage that can help local to Chandlers Ford near Eastleigh?

It appears that I have a leak from my FIP. It looks to me like is is coming from the bolt/screw on the right in the image fairly tight against the timing chest. Does anyone know if there would be diesel behind this (I'm guessing so), and also I think the pump would need to come out to get a new...

I have a round trip of around 50 miles per day 5 days per week with a 200TDI - no issues to date (about 18 months)

Long shot but does anyone locally have a TDI (200 ideally) that runs a straight through exhaust I could have a listen to? I'm tempted to do mine but as it's a daily drive I don't want it to be too loud.

Has anyone fitted high level lights to their truck along the lines of this one? I’m keen to fit some but wondering if anyone here had done the same and could recommend the lights that they used?

The top one on the outside that the rubber seal fits to (I think!). Like this one in the following image (not mine)

Is this the cross bar on the inside or outside of the door. My outside one is shot but the skin fine. Any idea if this can be replaced without taking the skin off?

We have what looks like the same size cage in the back of the 90. A bit big for one springer but he gets a good view out and shopping bags can fit down the side.....
