I recon, as it gets warm the seal between the plenum chamber and the intake manifold becomes a little flexible and sucks more air in than the maf sensor is aware of, which in turn throws the whole thing off. This starts to show as hesitating while under strain.

1st thing I would make are light grills/protector/cages..call them what you will, bloody expensive.

#slooby, due to a cylinder cracking I never got round to fitting the new wheel bearing. A replacement engine is on the way to being completed, then i can add it to the long list of pre mot jobs. How did it go for you ?

I would view my nanaocom as a master key and the most important tool to have on a p38. Every couple of months the bitch throws a wobbly, lockout, engine disabled, either fob button stops working then starts again. Bloody thing. I love it. Good luck.

The drips on yer driving foot and passenger side wet spots on mat, are from the top part of the pollen filter housing, the bit you can't reach with weatherproof sealant. It's worse if you remove the filter. The boot is usually a bad rubber seal if you park on a slant., Remove boot rubber, black...

I just bought a 5t telescopic bottle jack for peanuts, it goes from not very tall to very very tall using a telescopic motion and is incredibly stable. It is bright red so you can find it if your eyes are bad. Hope this helps...

I would Swap injector banks to see if it's your wiring or the injector.
