OK, now this one has me stumped at the moment.... On occasion, and with no rhyme nor reason, the car will just totally shutdown - like completely....no interior lights, no response from any electrical service at all, it is as if the battery is disconnected.... It can even happen when driving...

That does not reset EAS fault codes, engine fault codes, ABS fault codes....or anything of the sort.... You will need proper diagnostics to read faults and clear them out!

Body off on the sport and Disco 3 etc...L322 is not a body off motor...until you get int othe TDV8's where Body-off/Engine-drop is easier for some jobs. L322 is more planted car, feels more solid to drive, but the P38 is a better ride comfort wise - seats are better in the P38 too

When i say fuel - that is LPG at 54% the price of 'normal' fuel(s)

As @Mark Piercy points out....do a leak off test and see if any injectors are leaking back excessively first. Cheap and simple to do.

I did a thread ages ago totally up my first years cost with my previous L322 - I think it was around £5k - fuel included that is....

You wrote low pressure pumps...plural....so did you change both...the one in the tank and the one on the side of the tank?

Open the bonnet, open the tailgate, open the access hatch to the Sat Nav compartment (Lefthand side of boot), wait for the little red light to go out, then disconnect the negative lead to the battery, wait upwards of 10 minutes - I usually do 20minutes - for the Air Bag system to discharge, then...

Would be wise to disconnect the battery first.

Also one of the company directors was a director of another enigine company that was registered to the same address in 2017 qand then was dissolved by voluntary strike off the register, then was appointed as a directof of this new 'NZ' company!...
