I'm trying to do a "Reset all Defect Codes" to get rid of Air Suspension Inactive fault showing. I've worked through the procedure carefully. My car ID is A140141 so the calculated figure is "10". However when I get to the final stage - push right button again I get "Lock 01" through to Lock 40 but not the numbers through to 21 to reset the codes. Can anyone please explain this and help please ?

Are you trying to do this through the hidden menu? I thought the only way to reset all codes was with diagnostics.
Yes via the check control button and the trip meter button. Instructions below...........
Resetting ALL Defect Codes
Ignition key must be “off”
Press and hold the Check Control button in the instrument cluster (RIGHT button), and turn the ignition key to the first position (KLR).
- You will first see "Check Control OK", some seconds later you will see "Test Nr.01"
- Push the left button on the instrument cluster to see the car's identification number. Add the 5 digits (not 6) together and write down that number, you will need it for unlocking all the functions. Example: A123457 will lead to 2+3+4+5+7 = 21
- Push the right button until you see "Test Nr.19"
- Push left button until you see the number that is equal to the one you calculated above
- Push right button again
- Using the left button select 21. Reset all defect codes
- Press the Right button to select.

In that case no idea sorry, but I like to know what the error codes are anyway before I get rid of them.

What year is this car ??? You can only reset a hard suspension fault with a proper diag/reset tool

That does not reset EAS fault codes, engine fault codes, ABS fault codes....or anything of the sort....
You will need proper diagnostics to read faults and clear them out!
