    Fuel Lift pump priming problem

It really helps if there the right way round :behindsofa: talking from experience  I think the pipe that comes off the top of the pump goes to tank, the bottom pipe on the pump goes to top of fuel filter by bleed screw, Wrong way round causes problems

New sills and sliders made today (pic heavy)

Gonna do the same to my rotten bent and buckled sills, I think your advised to scrap if you can't weld as it would be more cost effective and cost loads for a garage to do it. I bought a discovery unaware it was a project not a car , so by the time I've welded all the bad bits /...

    Disco one body repair

From what I can see id brush all the surface rust off and see what your left with, any holes either weld or maybe body filler may sort it, rust proof and paint. That's probably what I would do not sure if it's the best option or not :)

    North Wales antis...

To be fair they have every right to complain when selfish idiots have been driving in places they shouldn't be such as paths, bridal ways, restricted byways, so anybody going would be on the same side as the antis in this instance, It's when you get the stuck up selfish twunts who complain...

    Sill replacement

Looked like say for the wheel arches, you mark out the whole panel on top then remark it leaving say a inch of old metal, grind away all the paint and clean old metal up, offer up the new panel from underneath and support it in place then weld around the top from old metal to new (obviously the...

It's a do-able job if you do it yourself, if you go engine out option, it's really not as bad as it sounds, as long as you have time and somebody to help out on certain bits and internet access with LZ as your home page ;) Common problem is the fork though :(, I tried changing the cylinders...
