Probably pushed the slave cylinderrod through the clutch fork. Common problem fox is to use a "HD" clutch fork. Sleep in the back!

Alright alright! I didn't actually measure it, but i made two cuts, and actually removed a small piece. I didn't realise i had to get my micrometer out! :p:p:p

+1 I keep an old race with a small 5mm piece cut out to use as a drift. Tap it all the way home and then the small cut allows it to easily pop bk out.

I had a defender 90 1994 300tdi up until about 3 months ago. Then bout a 200tdi D1 1994. Cant say I notice alot of difference to be honest. I have completed every job myself on the D1, Head gasket, water pump, prop Uj's, service etc just as I did with the Defender and it was no more complimicated.

Has anyone got a Good Set of Injectors for a 200tdi (disco). Used set is fine as long as they and known to be good!

so does that filter sit up inside that metal housing? Looks like exactly what i need, although your filter looks a bit past it!

Do you happen to know what filter was used on top of the Snorkel? Or even still have it ;)

I am pretty sure I've seen a tread where someone as done away with the Air Filter box on a 200tdi Disco, and replaced it with an Mushroom type Air Filter on the top of the Snorkel and then connected it directly to the air intake doing away with the crappy connection onto the 200ti air box. Is...

Discovery 200tdi is making what I can only describe as a "tfft tfft" noise. Sounds a bit like a exhaust gasket blowing. Someone said it could be the lift pump...?? I am only used to 300tdis and have never heard a 200tdi running before. any ideas from this vague description. I will try...
