As the RAVE manual says, when you first start the engine the fan will move and can clearly be heard as the fluid will all be gathered in the bottom of the unit causing drag. Centrifugal force then moves it into the outer chamber after a few seconds and there is less drag and the fan speed...

NGK BPR6E or 6ES. Either will do, but I run the 6E's in mine as I think it runs better at idle and pulling at low revs. The 6ES's are more expensive and last a bit longer, but IMO don't run as well.

NGK BPR6E are have the v-groove in the electrode which are supposed to be better for running LPG. They don't last as long as the BPR6ES plugs though.

The range is calculated from the average over the previous 10 or so miles. So driving hard, accelerating quickly or running round town it will fluctuate quite wildly.

Could be your injection timing out. Try backing off the fuelling and see if the smoke dies down. If the power goes down a lot, this could be it. Pos is the chap to speak to about this...

New air filter and run some injector cleaner through it. If it's still bad, could be a bit more serious.

It could be the fact that the engine is a recon motor, but was put back with the original cyclone, or without cleaning crud out of the airbox. My 200 has a bit of oil in there, and it's one of many jobs I need to do to clean it out...
