Doddle to change the lot, just take out the roof light and it just unscrews. Payed about £15 for the genuine part from LR dealer on line. You can then keep the new part for when the new one breaks off, like mine did in the wind.

Carried out similar emergency mod by drilling the top of the joint and using a self tapper and washer, used the eBay clip as a more permanent mod (been on for over 12 months now with no signs of wear on the clip).

It looks like the outlet pipe from the fuel filter on the pre face lift model, if it is then its under pressure so a new clip would also be my advice. Try and get hold of the correct clip rather than the jubilee clip that's fitted, larger size jubilee clips are very good but the smaller ones...
